At this time of year gym attendance becomes less and less. It's the best time of year to switch up your workout. Go outside get some vitamin D.
Here are some tips for exercising in the summer heat:
-ALWAYS wear lightweight breathable clothing
-Replace fluid as soon as it is lost
-Check the HEAT Index to see if its safe to exercise outdoors
-Use sunblock if needed
Fun activities that you can do: jogging,hiking, surfing, paddle boarding, swimming, sports
